On this workshop I will share with you some plant-based cheese, milk, yogurt and butter recipes, all of them are so easy to make and taste great. Not only are they much healthier than traditional dairy products, they are lower in calories, delicious, packed full of nutrients and cruelty and dairy free. I will share with you ways to get a cheesy flavours into your sauces and great substitutes to use when cooking.You will also get an opportunity to taste all the delicious recipes when we break for a light lunch half way through the workshop. A chance to taste the recipes made. After lunch I will demonstrate an easy to make plant-based yogurt, butter and a selection of plant-milks.
The workshop takes place at The Acorn Cafe, 50 All Saints Green, Norwich NR1 3NB,, tucked out of the way it is a little oasis of calm, with its light and airy space, makes The Acorn Cafe a perfect location for this workshop.
